Project Title: Empowering Native Youth Through Education & Well-Being

Keanu “Millqwak” Henry developed a digital platform to support Native youth by combining academic tools with culturally informed mental wellness strategies. His project is a vibrant example of tech, tradition, and resilience coming together to uplift the next generation.

Challenges & Vision
Balancing a full schedule of internships, conferences, and content creation was demanding, but Keanu remained grounded in his mission. He aims to expand the site’s reach, improve accessibility, and continue creating content that speaks to Native youth in authentic ways.

Keanu is a Biology/Pre-Dentistry major with a minor in Japanese at Saint John’s University. Growing up in Fairbanks, Alaska he learned survival skills and the unique needs of his community, fueling his passion for advocating healthy dental practices in rural Alaska. Keanu is active in community service, including Japanese TA’ing, English tutoring, and mentoring first-generation students. His varied experiences and passion for learning drive him to excel and contribute meaningfully to the world.
